Turkish Economy Shrinks in the Fourth Quarter

In light of the fully-released October and partly-released November lead- ing indicators, we expect GDP to decrease by 1.7 percent year-on-year in the last quarter of 2022. According to seasonal and calendar-adjusted data, we forecast quarter-on-quarter GDP growth to be 1.2 percent.
