Employment in manufacturing increased by 75 thousand in September 2015 for the first time since June 2015. Nonagricultural labor force and nonagricultural employment increased by 176 thousand and 178 thousand respectively and, thus the number of nonagricultural unemployed declined by only 2 thousand in this period.
