Labor market statistics are pointing towards a new trend since October 2012. Increases in both non-agricultural labor force and non-agricultural employment have surpassed one million.\u00a0 Hence, non-agricultural unemployment rates continue to stagnate between 11.6 percent and 11.9 percent.
