However, these changes in the labor force statistics are mostly driven by the seasonal fluctuations. <a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> Once deseasonalized, the series show that the non-agricultural labor force decreased by 17 thousand while the non-agricultural employment rose only by 4 thousand in June. The decline in the non-agricultural labor force may suggest that the added worker effect is disappearing.
